- Manage GEM and SSAM portals
- Handle Talent & Culture queries
- Complete and submit ISM forms
- Capture Stat- and IOD leave
- Onboarding:
- Conduct background checks
- Verify onboarding packs
- Capture new employee information on PaySpace
The Vault (Online Learning System):
- Record keeping and follow-up on e-learning courses.
- Generate analytics reports.
- Provide technical support.
