Cell C Graduate Programme (Internship)

Cell C is inviting South African graduates to apply for its Graduate Programme 2025, based at
the Cell C Head Office in Midrand, Gauteng. This exciting opportunity forms part of the Cell C
Emerging Talent Programme, designed to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the
telecommunications industry.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must not be registered for any academic programme in 2026.
  • South African citizen (or as per company policy).
  • A completed/recently completed Diploma/Degree in one of the following fields:

IT and Cyber Security:

  • BSc Computer Science / IT
  • BSc Cyber Security or Information Security
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Information Security
  • BEng Computer or Software Engineering
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Security
  • CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH

Forensics Investigation:

  • BCom Forensic Accounting / Forensic Auditing
  • BCom Law (Criminal or Commercial Law focus)
  • Bachelor of Forensic Science
  • National Diploma in Forensic Investigation
  • CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)

Networks:

  • BEng Electrical, Electronic, or Telecoms Engineering
  • National Diploma / BTech in Electrical or Telecommunications
  • BSc in Computer Systems or Networking
  • CCNA / CCNP Certification

Customer Value Management:

  • BCom in Marketing, Economics, or Business Science
  • BCom in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
  • BSc Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, CRM
  • Certifications in SQL, Power BI, Python, R, CRM systems

Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity

  • Bachelors in Risk Management, Finance, Internal Auditing, Business Management, Law, or
  • Governance
  • Crisis/Disaster Management

Marketing:

  • BCom in Marketing
  • BA Strategic Brand Building & Management
  • BA in Public Relations & Digital Media
  • Honours in Brand Management
  • BA in Media & Communications with Digital PR
