ADvTECH Finance Internship 2025

ADvTECH is looking for South African jobseekers to join their team as Finance Graduate Interns.

  • Creditors:
    • Daily processing of purchase orders and supplier invoices.
    • Loading supplier banking details for approval.
    • Processing corporate credit card transactions.
    • Preparing payment reconciliations.
    • Processing petty cash transactions.
    • Assisting with BEE certificate collection and supplier database updates.
  • Fixed Assets:
    • Acquiring and disposing of assets on D365.
  • Debtors:
    • Assisting with unidentified receipt queries.
  • Loading bank details for refunds.
  • Processing billing adjustments on D365.

Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with Accounting as a subject.
  • Finance Diploma/Degree (Advantageous).

Experience:

  • No prior experience required.
